Scrum Master / Project Manager

Responsibilities :

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead execution and delivery of product modifications in a cross-functional technology environment. The role is accountable for project success, sprint delivery, team effectiveness, stakeholder communication, risks and issues, resource coordination, change management, QA and delivery governance. Roles & Responsibilities

Own overall project success and deliverables.

Remove impediments and help keep the team fully functional and productive.

Manage day-to-day project activities for sprint delivery.

Prioritize architectural changes versus user-story development.

Facilitate senior-management reviews, status updates and sign-off processes.

Manage project communications, issues, risks, scope and changes.

Execute change-management controls in coordination with the customer.

Coordinate project resources and availability to meet deadlines.

Collaborate with customer stakeholders to report and mitigate project issues and risks.

Develop and implement QA processes for deliverable quality and milestone achievement.

Track sprint metrics and audit deliverables. Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.

10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Scrum Master or Project Management roles.

Scrum Master Certification.

Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge.

Strong communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred / Good to Have

Golang/Java/Python/SQL awareness

Airline domain experience
