Job Overview

• Scrum Master
• 8+ Years of project management experience.
• Coordinating with scrum team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements,
• deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with scrum team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Introduce agile engineering practices in day to day activities.
• Ensure agile delivery methodology is followed and roadblocks are addressed in a timely fashion.
• Host Daily standups and remove obstacles for the scrum team to meet overall objective.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable
• successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
• Maintain JIRA Dashboard for task list, status, approvals, CR scope etc.,
• Obtaining product team acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project element
