Scrum Master Professional

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply SAFe Agile principles to ensure alignment across teams and deliverables in large-scale programs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices, team performance, and delivery efficiency.
• Generate and maintain reports on project progress, team performance, and key metrics for stakeholders.
• Support teams in resolving impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Leverage capital markets and financial services knowledge to align project execution with business needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to ensure transparency and alignment.
