Knowledge / Experience
Must have experience of working as a Scrum Master/Agile PM for at least 10+ years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Passion and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Working experience with Agile approaches SAFe® / LeSS® is required.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Awareness of PLM Applications e.g 3D Experience, Teamcenter etc for Automotive Domain.
Must have working knowledge of DevOps principles and practices - CI/CD/Test Automation /DevOps tools.
Should have great team leadership, inter-personal communication, and negotiation/influencing skills to guide, mentor and motivate agile teams.
The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
Knowledge of other Agile approaches:, XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
