First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM ) needed.
Experience playing the Scrum Master role (or a similar role) for at least two years for a software development team
Must Haves
- Scrum & Agile Expertise
- Servant Leadership & Facilitation
- Experience in medical device development or regulated healthcare/medical software environments (including documentation).
- Conflict Resolution & Situational Awareness
- Agile Metrics & Process Improvement
- Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: Epics, User Stories, Backlog Tracking, Burndown Metrics, Velocity, Task Definition, etc.
