Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles, and helping the team achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog and ensure user stories are properly refined and prioritized.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the team in achieving their goals.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-11 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum framework.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles for the team.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
