Key Responsibilities:

Discovery Phase

Facilitate discovery sprints, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions

Work with product owners and business analysts to refine and prioritize discovery backlogs

Ensure timely capture and validation of requirements, risks, and dependencies

Track discovery deliverables and coordinate cross-team activities (audits, architecture reviews, content inventories, etc.)

Manage communications, blockers, and progress reporting for executive stakeholders

Support early estimation and prepare the team for transition into delivery

Implementation Phase

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams during execution

Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives

Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Track velocity, sprint goals, and deliverables using tools like JIRA, Confluence

Support UAT coordination, release planning, and alignment with roadmap milestones

Escalate risks and drive resolution of cross-functional blockers

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

Proven ability to lead Agile teams across discovery and implementation phases

Strong understanding of web platforms, CMS (AEM preferred), and digital transformation initiatives

Exceptional facilitation and conflict-resolution skills

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile metrics reporting

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred

Experience with component-based development, design systems, or enterprise content delivery
