About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a fast-paced AI Engineering Program supporting SAP SE. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on driving sprint execution, removing blockers, managing delivery risks, and ensuring successful program milestones. This is not a coordination role—it requires strong ownership of delivery, forecasting, stakeholder communication, and Agile execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Own sprint health, velocity tracking, capacity planning, and delivery forecasting.
• Maintain enterprise-grade Jira board governance and backlog hygiene.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive issue resolution.
• Track cross-functional dependencies and escalate blockers proactively.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Ensure all actions, decisions, and commitments are documented and tracked to closure.
• Support onboarding activities for new team members.
• Partner closely with Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful execution.

Required Skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile delivery experience

Proven experience leading Scrum ceremonies for technical software/data teams (6+ members)

Strong expertise in Jira administration, sprint management, and Agile reporting

Experience managing RAID logs, dependency tracking, and milestone planning

Ability to forecast delivery using velocity and sprint metrics

Familiarity with GitHub repositories, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows

Excellent stakeholder communication, reporting, and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

• SAP BTP or Cloud Foundry delivery experience
• Exposure to Dynatrace, observability platforms, or monitoring tools
• Knowledge of K6 performance testing
• Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering teams

Ideal Candidate

• Has successfully managed delivery for technical development teams.
• Understands software delivery beyond Agile ceremonies.
• Can independently own Jira governance, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Proactively removes impediments and drives delivery outcomes.
