Location - Pune
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile project facilitator. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Proficiency in Agile tools: Jira, Confluence. Preferred Qualifications Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification. Experience with scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). Prior experience in software development or IT project delivery. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. ]]>
