Position Title: Project Manager/ Scrum Master
Experience: 10–15 Years
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM IST or 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (aligned with USA stakeholders)
Key Responsibilitie
- sDrive end-to-end project management activities, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budge
- tLead Agile ceremonies and act as a Scrum Master for cross-functional team
- sManage and maintain project plans, sprint backlogs, and workflows using JIRA and Monday.co
- mHandle and monitor JIRA boards, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks, risks, dependencies, and deliverable
- sCollaborate closely with Client Product Owners (POs), Business Analysts (BAs), and other stakeholders to define priorities and align project goal
- sLead and mentor Project Management and Scrum teams, with the ability to manage large distributed team
- sProvide regular project status updates, identify risks, and drive mitigation plan
- sBuild strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder managemen

Required Skil
- ls10–15 years of experience in Project Management with hands-on Scrum Master experienc
- e.Strong expertise in JIRA and Monday.c
- omProven experience managing large teams and leading PM/SM function
- s.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skill
- s.Experience working directly with Client POs and Business Analys
- t.Ability to work comfortably with US stakeholders in overlapping time zone
- s.Confident personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skill
