Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring
predictable, high-quality, and value-driven outcomes. The role focuses on
facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, improving team performance, and enabling continuous delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
- Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and mindset
- Remove impediments and blockers impacting team delivery
- Ensure effective backlog management in collaboration with Product Owners
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable insights
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, Lead/Cycle time)
- Promote transparency, accountability, and self-organization within teams
- Manage stakeholder communication and set delivery expectations
- Support release planning and roadmap execution
- Foster collaboration across engineering, QA, product, and business teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in IT delivery / Agile environments
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master handling multiple teams
- Strong understanding of:
- Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
- Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead/cycle time)
- Experience with tools like:
- JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Proven ability to:
- Coach teams and drive Agile maturity
- Handle distributed teams and complex programs
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SAFe)
- Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) / multi-team programs
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Background in engineering, QA, or product development
- Knowledge on telecom domain along with IoT & Telemetry Data systems.
