Scrum Master

Experience Range: 5 to 8 years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore

Job requirements:

1. Assisting with post patch validation scope is increasing with DB patching etc. This process runs monthly in parallel to patching systems and requires individual to build partnership with application teams to secure testing and confirmation if their apps are working as expected post patching

2. Building Patch Management service catalogue in SNOW and manage tickets , tracking and dashboarding (reports etc.)

3. Manage PMG engineering projects in Jira so agile/ Jira knowledge is must. I am referring to work we do outside vulnerability remediation.

4. Strengthen App team/ PMG relationship and streamline communications like adhoc patching , escalation etc.
