Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum framework
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks
  • Facilitate SAFe-based Program Increment (PI) planning sessions
  • Remove impediments and ensure smooth workflow for development teams
  • Coordinate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders for requirement clarity and delivery alignment
  • Track project progress using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ensure continuous improvement in team velocity and delivery efficiency
  • Support release planning and delivery management activities
