We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master Lead with a strong background in Solution Architecture, Functional/Technical Design, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business needs with scalable technical solutions, while guiding teams through agile delivery.
Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead client workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard D365 features vs. custom development.
- Design complex data models and security structures within Dataverse .
Hands-on Technical Development:
- Develop and maintain custom C# Plug-ins , Custom Workflow Activities , and Actions .
- Create rich user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) .
- Build advanced automation using Power Automate (cloud flows) and classic workflows.
Integration & Data Management:
- Architect and implement integrations between D365 and external systems (ERP, Marketing tools, etc.) using Azure Logic Apps , Web APIs , or Azure Functions .
- Lead large-scale data migration activities using tools like SSIS (with KingswaySoft) , Scribe , or Dataflows .
