Scrum Master About the role: Client is seeking a Scrum Master to guide and empower a multi-disciplinary Agile team in delivering high-value solutions that drive the companys profit, growth, and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile values, servant leadership, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies and fostering high-performing teams. What youll do: Champion and coach AgileScrum values, principles, and practices within the team and across the organization. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement. Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to enable focus on sprint goals. Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed, prioritized backlog and in communicating the product vision to the team. Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team and with stakeholders. Encourage self-organization, accountability, and ownership among team members. Promote Agile best practices and help the team identify and implement process improvements. Act as a servant leader, empowering the team to deliver high-quality increments and adapt to changing business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery. Track and communicate team metrics velocity, burndown, etc. to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement. Advocate for Agile adoption and maturity across the organization, providing coaching and guidance as needed. What youll need: 4-year degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban and Agile Software Development Methodology. Demonstrated ability to coach teams and individuals in Agile practices and principles. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. Experience with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools. Familiarity with product development lifecycles experience with Salesforce SFDC is a plus. Ability to build relationships and influence across all organizational levels. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with Agile project tracking tools such as Jira.
