Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Coach and guide the development team and product owner on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the progress of the team.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and continuously improves their delivery process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Agile tools, such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or Trello, is a plus.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
