Role/Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Purpose:
As a Scrum Master you'll develop and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplined team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive. You'll play a pivotal role and be responsible for the progressive development of a Scrum team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and onboard project teams and make sure everyone on the team understands the project's goals and scope.
- Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
- Support and educate the product owner in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Help communicate the product owners Wishlist to the project team.
- Facilitate and support all scrum events: Product backlog refinement, preplanning, Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective and other meetings as needed.
- Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback and ensure that the project is on track.
- Coach the development team in self-organization.
- Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint.
- Help the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks.
- Remove obstacles to the team members progress or guide the teams by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving.
- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
- Lead and coach scrum adoption and drive a culture of agility and learning.
- Keep the organization, particularly the project's stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the scrum team's projects.
- Implement changes and steps to increase the team's productivity.
- Collaborate with other scrum master's to improve the methodologies efficiency.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering / technology / Math's / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
