You will be part of IGT systems Mobile Surgery. MOS is a leading innovator in image-guided therapy in the Mobile C Arm space.
You are responsible for
A servant leader, custodian of Agile practices and coach for the Agile Team / Agile Release Train (ART) / Solution Train.
Major responsibilities are to facilitate the team / train level events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.
Communicate with stakeholders, escalate or remove impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
Facilitating and guiding the work of all Teams / Trains and respective suppliers in the value streams.
To succeed in this role, youu2019ll need a customer-first attitude and the following.
Experience in managingu00A0multiple scrum teams and multiple projects
SAFe Agile Scrum Master certification is mandatory
Own project delivery, deliverables with right quality, execution/monitoring working with cross function(s)
Work closely with cross sub-systems & cross ART teams, playing a leadership role for the overall project/ program to success
Works with engineering managers for resource commitments & holds team accountable for quality & timely deliverables
Supports team in project planning by defining and estimating work breakdowns including defining of tasks
Experience in Strong people management skills with proven experience in implementing software engineering best practice
Guiding and coaching the project team in technology as and when applicable
