Scrum Master I

Key Deliverables

1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes.
2. Enable team empowerment and continuous improvement, removing impediments promptly.
3. Generate and analyze metrics to improve team velocity, software quality, and efficiency.
4. Support backlog grooming and collaborate with Product Owners for prioritization.

Role Responsibilities

1. Protect the team from external disruptions, maintaining focus on committed sprint work.
2. Provide training and refresher sessions for Scrum process to team members.
3. Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to optimize Scrum processes across the organization.
4. Foster a culture of feedback and self-organization to drive continuous improvement.
