Junior Scrum Master / Scrum Master - Kriyadocs
About the Role: Kriyadocs is looking for a Junior Scrum Master / Scrum Master to support our Agile teams in fostering an efficient, collaborative, and continuous improvement environment. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth Agile processes, on-time delivery, and alignment with quality standards. This position is ideal for scrum masters who are passionate about Agile principles and excited to support high-performing teams in achieving their goals.
Objectives Of The Role
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum practices within development teams.
- Guide the team on Agile principles to support a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Work closely with product development teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a support system for team members, helping remove blockers and promote team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize the backlog and ensure clarity of tasks.
- Identify, monitor, and help resolve obstacles that may impede the team's progress.
- Encourage and support continuous improvement practices within the team.
- Maintain clear communication of project status, risks, and issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve delivery and team dynamics.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and the Scrum framework.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- 0-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within a software or product development setting.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts or database querying is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools mainly Jira.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a team-centric approach.
