Description
We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in Agile project management, with a strong understanding of the Scrum framework. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist the team in identifying and removing impediments to progress.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure a well-defined product backlog.
- Coach team members in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
