Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Coimbatore, India (Work From Office)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure effective delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage sprint planning, remove impediments, and ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum principles to deliver high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Remove obstacles that may impact the team's productivity and sprint delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
- Track sprint progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team and drive Agile maturity.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration across development teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum framework, and SDLC.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional development teams.
