Title: Scrum Master/ Dev Manager/ Catalog Management Specialist
Location: Chennai, TN
We are seeking an expert in Catalog Management Systems with hands-on experience in AMDOCS Catalogue and database operations (CRUD, bulk updates). This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to create, maintain, and optimize catalogs for Client, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and seamless integration with development and marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Catalog creation & maintenance: Build and manage product catalogs, promotions, plans, devices in EPC and AEM.
- AMDOCS Catalogue expertise: Perform CRUD operations, bulk updates, and ensure catalog integrity.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Device Marketing, Go-to-Market, and IT teams to align catalog updates with business needs.
- Code integration support: Work with dev teams on test data, production changes, and launches.
- Task prioritization: Manage workload effectively, including off-hours support for launches.
- Error identification: Ensure catalog accuracy by spotting and correcting content issues.
Required Skills
- AMDOCS Catalogue: Deep expertise in catalog frameworks and operations.
- Database proficiency: Strong SQL skills for CRUD and bulk updates.
- CMS frameworks: Experience with EPC, AEM, and other catalog management systems.
- Web technologies: Proficient in HTML and CSS for catalog content.
- Agile SDLC: Skilled in JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Documentation: Strong ability to document promotions, plans, devices, and catalog structures.
