About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Head to lead and orchestrate the software development lifecycle at

Toolyt, our enterprise CRM SaaS platform. This role is critical in managing our fast-paced development

environment where multiple change requests, enhancements, bug fixes, and client-specific customizations are

delivered continuously. You will be the bridge between our development team, clients, and leadership, ensuring

smooth execution, on-time delivery, and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for Toolyt's enterprise SaaS platform
  • Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams including enhancements, bug fixes, change requests, and
  • Client-specific customizations
  • Establish and maintain sprint/release schedules with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Implement and enforce SDLC best practices, quality gates, and deployment processes
  • Team Coordination & Task Management
  • Conduct daily standup calls with development team to track progress, identify blockers, and provide

solutions

  • Allocate and dynamically re-allocate tasks based on developer capacity, skills, and priorities
  • Maintain comprehensive task pipeline ensuring no developer is idle or overburdened
  • Balance workload between revenue-generating client work and non-revenue internal tasks
  • Track task profitability metrics and optimize team utilization
  • Client-Specific Project Delivery
  • Gather and document client requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and clarity
  • Ensure developers have all prerequisites (access, documentation, assets, API keys, etc.) before starting

  • Monitor client project timelines and proactively manage scope, expectations, and delivery commitments
  • Serve as escalation point for delivery issues or technical blockers
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting
  • Conduct regular code/feature reviews to ensure development is on track with requirements
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sprint reviews, weekly summaries, and monthly reports
  • Track KPIs including velocity, burn rate, bug resolution time, feature delivery timelines, and team

productivity

  • Maintain project documentation, release notes, and changelog for stakeholder communication
  • Generate profitability analysis reports showing resource allocation between revenue and non-revenue

  • Quality & Risk Management
  • Ensure code quality standards, testing protocols, and security requirements are met
  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage technical debt prioritization and balance against feature development
  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and QA processes
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Translate technical progress into business-friendly updates for leadership
  • Manage client communication regarding timelines, changes, and deliverables
  • Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, design, and customer success teams
  • Provide visibility into development pipeline and capacity planning

Required Skills

  • Experience managing SaaS or B2B software development projects
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, web architecture, APIs, and deployment workflows
  • Familiarity with project tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and modern development practices
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • PMP/CSM certification
  • Laravel/PHP knowledge
  • CRM or enterprise application experience
  • Remote team management exposure
