Scrum Master CSM

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and clarifying user stories.
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and best practices.
• Remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Monitor sprint progress using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
• Track team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint goals) and share insights with stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align on cross-team dependencies.
• Champion a culture of agility and servant leadership.

Mandatory Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (or equivalent like PSM)
• 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master with Agile teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile principles
