We are seeking for the role of Consultant Specialist
Principal Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for coaching the team, Product Owner and wider organization to move towards agile ways of working, and enabling continuous improvement culture
- Responsible for facilitating the team to self-organize and cross functional
- Help the team to remove impediments and enable them to focus on creating high-value increments
- Ensure that all team ceremonies take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time box
- Ensure Product Backlog is well shaped for delivery alignment and transparency
- Work collaboratively with other pod teams sharing common goals to synchronize information and resolve problems
- Share and implement good practices to help improve and mature our Agile ways of working
- Work collaboratively to perform regular resource allocation and forecasting for pods
- Coach Product Owners and other stakeholders about agile ways of working as required
- Work with the Technology team and Product Owners to drive continuous improvements through Agile ways of working
- Enthusiastic collaborator who knows how to improve internal culture and can work closely with IT developers and business alike
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar comfort with technical discipline
- Certified Scrum Master (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
- 3+ years of proven experiences in running a Scrum team
- Hands-on experiences in Jira / Confluence, and other collaboration tools
- Solid knowledge of Agile, DevOps, IT project lifecycle, etc.
- Passionate in driving continuous improvements
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuading and communication skills in English - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities
- Ability to bring analytical rigor, structure and effective solutions to poorly-defined problems
- Excellent team leader and player, able to lead others into action, and with ability to work under minimal supervision
- Knowledge and experience of Scaled Agile
- Knowledge on DevOps practices, e.g., CI/CD, BDD, TDD, Cloud, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experiences and certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Compliance business and programmes, and external environments
- Knowledge and experience in running innovation projects, especially the generative AI space
- Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity
- Experience in Clarity, Rally, etc.
