Job Description

Scrum Master for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework which includes organising and leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.

• Guide and coach 2-3 Scrum teams in Agile practices and principles
• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)
• Support Scrum and Kanban practices for teams using this methodology
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement
• Assist in backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog health and prioritization
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning
• Protect teams from external disruptions and distractions
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
• Support and educate the organization in its Agile adoption journey.
