Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile practices, enable high-performing teams, and ensure smooth delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes
Coach teams on Scrum/Kanban best practices
Remove impediments and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management
Track team progress and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

2–6 years of Scrum Master experience
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with JIRA
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
CSM/PSM certification preferred

Skills:- Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Scrum product owner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and JIRA
