Scrum Master to drive Agile practices, enable high-performing teams, and ensure smooth delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes
- Coach teams on Scrum/Kanban best practices
- Remove impediments and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management
- Track team progress and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2–6 years of Scrum Master experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with JIRA
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- CSM/PSM certification preferred
