Role: Scrum Master / Business Analyst

About the Role
Rangam is hiring a Scrum Master who can coach Agile teams, manage sprint execution, and support business analysis for our software development projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the staffing/workforce domain, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage 35 full-cycle Scrum projects end to end. Experience with U.S. Medicaid or healthcare is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to follow Agile principles.
- Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness.
- Maintain sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and progress tracking using Azure DevOps and Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT coordination.
- Understand staffing workflows (ATS, onboarding, candidate lifecycle, vendor management).
- Work with development, QA, and operations teams for smooth delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 58 years of experience as a Scrum Master + BA.
- Scrum Certification (CSM/PSM) mandatory.
- Delivered 35 full end-to-end Scrum projects.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Sprint Management, Reports).
- Excellent MS Excel skills (tracking, reporting, data validation).
- Experience in the staffing domain (ATS, recruitment lifecycle).
- Strong communication skills and experience working with U.S. teams.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to U.S. Medicaid or healthcare payer systems.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for validation.
- Knowledge of API-based systems and integrations.
