Job description:

• Enable high-performing Agile teams across transformation and operations initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement within distributed, cross-functional teams spanning multiple geographies.

Must-Have Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM-I certification.
• Sprint planning, execution, and retrospective facilitation.
• Backlog grooming, user story refinement, and prioritization.
• Velocity tracking, burndown analysis, and capacity planning.
• Impediment resolution and escalation management.
• Cross-functional team coordination across time zones.
• AI-augmented project tracking and sprint analytics tools.
• Domain: Oracle EBS.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.
• Distributed and multi-timezone team experience.
• ERP migration or system conversion project experience.
• Food manufacturing domain understanding.
• DevOps and continuous delivery awareness.
• Risk management and dependency tracking.
• Metrics-driven decision making and OKRs.
