This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Ensure the team meets delivery commitments and continuously improves workflow.
• Triage all incoming request tickets to ensure tasks are assigned to the appropriate platform/product teams based on the ask. (This triage process will involve a keen understanding of the capabilities of the design system and its components. As well as the capabilities of the platform to ensure the request is quickly and efficiently assigned to the correct team.)
• Prioritize request tickets based on a variety of business needs and product owner feedback.
• Monitor Content Editor performance, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements for continuous optimization.
• Assist in troubleshooting project blockers or team challenges and provide resolutions to maintain team momentum.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, openness, and accountability within the team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product owners and other Scrum Masters, to ensure smooth content deployment and integration.
• Track and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Work together respectfully with other disciplines in an Agile-oriented environment

This may be the right role for you if you have

• 8+ years of development or related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in content management or digital project management.
• 1+ years in a leadership or scrum master role.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in agile project management (Scrum or Kanban) with certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred.
• Experience using Atlassian suite, primarily JIRA; creating and managing tickets and workflows.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Contentful CMS or similar content management platforms
• Basic understanding SEO best practices and content strategy.
• A strong understanding of CRM (email, SMS) and experience with CRM systems like SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional, and multicultural team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders across multiple time zones.
