Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Guide and coach teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.
  • Use JIRA for creating, managing, and tracking user stories, tasks, bugs, and sprint boards.
  • Generate and analyze JIRA dashboards and reports for project tracking and visibility.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and sprint commitments.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between development teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement Agile best practices.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile boards.
  • Knowledge of Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Agile metrics.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and Agile reporting tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects or teams is a plus.
