We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile delivery, who can effectively lead Scrum teams, drive PI planning, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should also have experience across Development/QA, Business Analysis, and Release Management, along with exposure to Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and drive Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
- Lead and support PI Planning (Program Increment Planning) activities
- Partner closely with Product Owners to manage backlog, prioritization, and delivery alignment
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum framework
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery
- Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery
- Support Release Management activities, including release planning and deployment coordination
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall experience in IT
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong exposure to PI Planning and SAFe/Scaled Agile
- Solid understanding of Scrum practices and Agile principles
- Experience working with Product Owners and Agile teams
- Background in either Software Development or QA/Testing
- Exposure to Business Analysis (requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions)
- Experience in Release Management
- Knowledge of Asset Management / IT Asset Management (ITAM) is a plus
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications like CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master
- Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Ability to work in hybrid and shift-based environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
