Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Coach teams to higher levels of Agile maturity.
Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualification

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
Proven experience in coaching teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is highly preferred.
Background in software development or technical project management is a plus.
