What you will do:

• As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional functions that are not referenced. • Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release.
• Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc.
• Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
• Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks / techniques that drive agility.
• Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state.
• Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working.
• Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s).
• Coach Product Owners / Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog.
• Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation.
• Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary.

All you will need for success:

• Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.
• Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders.
• Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
• Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization.
• Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with continuous integration / delivery.
• Participation in scaled agile frameworks.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications:

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification).
• Language, Communication Skills, & Physical Abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization.
• Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
