Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify and remove obstacles impacting team productivity and delivery timelines.
Monitor sprint progress and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within Agile teams.
Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
Track project activities and Agile metrics using Azure DevOps (ADO).
Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Drive Agile transformation and process optimization initiatives.
