Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum and Kanban Specialist to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitating Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and project delivery. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of Scrum and Kanban practices across teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Assist teams in adopting Agile methodologies and practices, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies to enhance their understanding and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized according to business value.
- Track and manage team performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Resolve any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and productivity.
- Work closely with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and continuous delivery of value.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Agile project management, specifically with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
- Proficient in tracking and reporting metrics to drive team performance and improvement.
