Job Description
As a Scripting Engineer, you will design, configure, and optimize questionnaires and surveys, develop and maintain Java-based scripts, and implement client-specific customizations on the SurveySensum platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure seamless deployment, reliable integrations, and high-quality survey performance that delivers actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and setting up surveys using Survey Sensum.
Manage the survey lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and analysis.
Develop and maintain custom scripts in JavaScript to enhance survey functionality.
Implement client-specific customisations and integrations with other systems.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
Maintain clear and concise documentation for custom scripts and client-specific implementations.
Generate reports and insights based on survey data.
