About the Role:
We are looking for a creative thinker who can help us write meaningful and engaging scripts for Satvic Youth, for both short-form and long-form content. You should be able to dive deep into research, explore different perspectives on a topic, and study subjects thoroughly to uncover valuable insights. They should also have strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn ideas and knowledge into engaging, fun, and compelling scripts or live sessions. Some experience working with children, along with an understanding of child/Youth psychology, will be highly valuable for this role.
In this role, you will:
1. Research
Research each topic deeply using diverse sources such as articles, books, blogs, health experts, and conversations with parents and kids. Analyze the topic from multiple angles and perspectives to gather credible and well-rounded information.
2. Ideation
The person should have a natural ability to engage young audiences and present ideas in a way that captures their attention in both live settings and video formats. A good understanding of YouTube and short-form video platforms is important, especially how their algorithms work and how to structure scripts with strong hooks and engaging storytelling that keep viewers watching.
3. Script Writing
The person should have the ability to turn even a boring topic into something fun and engaging through storytelling. A simple idea often needs a brilliant presentation to make it interesting to watch or deliver, whether in a live setting or in a video format. In this stage, all finalized ideas will be transformed into well-structured scripts for live sessions, short-form videos, and YouTube videos.
You are right for this role if you:
1. Enjoy deep research and can study topics thoroughly to uncover credible facts, insights, and different perspectives.
2. Are naturally creative and can turn simple or boring pieces of information into fun, engaging scripts for videos and live sessions.
3. Have some experience working with kids or a basic understanding of child/Youth psychology.
Note: This is primarily an in-office role. During the initial 2–3 week training period, the person will be required to work full-time from the office. After that, a hybrid setup can be followed, but the person should be available to come to the office whenever required. ( Devanahalli, Bangalore )
