Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Performance Marketing Script Writer to create high-converting video ad scripts for Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate should understand ad psychology, hook generation, and social media trends, with the ability to adapt quickly to different product environments and campaign requirements.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing scriptwriting or direct-response copywriting.

• Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of script formats for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Reels/Feed) and Google Ads (YouTube Shorts/In-Stream).

• Language Proficiency:

Hindi: Strong creative writing and vernacular command.

English: Good reading, comprehension, and understanding skills.

AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI tools to translate, adapt, and scale scripts into other regional languages.

• Core Competencies:

Proven skill in writing high-converting Hooks, ad angles, and strong CTAs.

Strong understanding of how social media ads perform and engage users.

• Adaptability: Highly adaptable mindset to adjust to fast-paced environments and write customized scripts according to changing project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write concept-driven video scripts and visual blueprints for Meta and Google performance ad campaigns..

2. Develop multiple hook variations and creative angles for A/B testing..

3. Use AI tools to adapt and scale winning scripts into multiple languages..

4. Work closely with the performance marketing team to analyze ad performance data and iterate scripts accordingly..
