Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling scripts forYouTube long-form videos and short-form content (Shorts/Reels-style).
- Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to align scripts with brand tone and client goals.
- Research global topics to ensure accuracy, relevance, and audience engagement.
- Apply storytelling techniques, hooks, and pacing optimized for YouTube retention.
- Edit and revise scripts based on internal reviews and client feedback.
- Stay updated with international YouTube trends, formats, and storytelling styles.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve content performance and strategy.
- Ensure timely delivery of scripts while meeting project deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong writing, grammar, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience or understanding ofYouTube content formats (long-form & short-form).
