Script Writer (Influencer Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Script Writer who will be responsible solely for writing high-quality scripts for influencer marketing campaigns. The role focuses on translating pre-defined campaign briefs and content directions into engaging, platform-optimized scripts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Script Writing

• Write clear, engaging, and platform-friendly scripts for influencer content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form formats
• Translate brand briefs and content directions into structured scripts with strong hooks, body, and CTA
• Ensure scripts are concise, engaging, and aligned with platform consumption behavior

2. Adaptation to Creator Style

• Customize scripts based on the creator's tone, personality, and audience
• Ensure scripts feel natural and not overly promotional or forced
• Modify scripts based on creator feedback while maintaining brand messaging

3. Brand Alignment

• Strictly adhere to brand guidelines, tonality, and messaging provided in the brief
• Ensure all mandatory deliverables, key points, and USPs are accurately incorporated
• Maintain consistency across multiple scripts within the same campaign

4. Platform Optimization

• Write scripts keeping in mind platform-specific best practices (hooks, pacing, retention, etc.)
• Structure content to maximize engagement and watch time
• Adapt scripts for different formats (30-sec, 60-sec, storytelling, voiceover, etc.)

5. Revisions & Execution Support

• Work on multiple iterations of scripts based on internal and client feedback
• Ensure quick turnaround time for script delivery
• Support the campaign team by refining scripts during execution if required

Key Requirements

Skills & Competencies

• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills for short-form video content
• Ability to write crisp, engaging, and high-retention content
• Good understanding of social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube
• Strong command over English and Hinglish (vernacular is a plus)
• Ability to follow structured briefs without deviation
