About the Role:
We're looking for a Script Writer who can craft compelling, high-converting ad scripts for short-form videos across Instagram Reels, YouTube and Facebook. The ideal candidate knows how to merge creativity with performance data — writing scripts that not only grab attention but also drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
● Write performance-oriented ad scripts for digital campaigns, ensuring they align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
● Collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and performance marketing teams to understand campaign goals and target audiences.
● Conceptualize, visualise and script hooks, body narratives, and CTAs for short-form video ads (6s–60s).
● Develop multiple variations of scripts for A/B testing across platforms.
● Be actively involved in shoots — working closely with the producer and directors to ensure the creative vision and script are executed effectively.
● Review video edits and provide feedback to ensure alignment with script intent and brand tone.
● Analyze campaign performance data and optimize future scripts for better engagement and conversion.
●Stay updated with social media trends, storytelling formats, and consumer insights.
Requirements:
● 2-3 + years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, preferably in performance marketing.
● Excellent command of Hindi/Telugu and English
● Strong understanding of social media ad ecosystems
● Proven ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and high-converting CTAs.
● Experience collaborating with video editors and marketers.
● Strong storytelling and consumer insight skills — ability to turn complex ideas into relatable stories.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior experience working in D2C, health-tech, beauty, or e-commerce brands.
● Understanding of creative analytics (CTR, retention, ROAS metrics).
● A portfolio showcasing video ad scripts or social media campaigns that performed well.
