Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Script Writer role based in Noida. The Script Writer will be responsible for conceptualizing, outlining, and writing scripts for videos, series, and social media content aligned with client and channel objectives. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming ideas with the creative and production teams, developing story structures, crafting dialogues and voiceovers, and adapting scripts based on feedback and performance data. The role also involves collaborating with video production teams to ensure scripts are practical for filming, maintaining consistent brand voice and tone, and researching trends and audience preferences to inform content angles. The Script Writer will work with multiple creators and stakeholders, manage deadlines across several projects, and refine scripts during pre-production and post-production stages.

Qualifications

• Strong script development skills, including Scriptwriting, Scripting, and Screenplays for short-form and long-form video content.
• Solid understanding of content creation workflows, with exposure to Video Production processes and collaboration with production teams.
• Excellent Writing abilities, with clear, engaging, and audience-relevant storytelling and dialogue.
• Ability to research topics, audiences, and trends to generate original ideas and data-informed content angles.
• Experience writing for digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, or other social media/video channels is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
