About the Role

We're looking for someone who can write and direct high-performing short-form content.

This is not a basic copywriting role. You'll be responsible for turning page context, research, podcasts, interviews, and content ideas into scripts that are actually built to perform. That includes writing strong hooks, shaping the content flow, identifying clip-worthy moments, and guiding editors so the final video comes out the way it should.

You should understand short-form content deeply and have a good instinct for what makes people stop, watch, and share.

What You'll Do

Write short-form video scripts for client pages based on their niche, audience, and page style

Write scripts for internal pages created by the company

Structure scripts with:

visual hook

verbal hook

text hook

body / takeaway

CTA

Use story arcs where needed to improve retention and engagement

Watch long-form podcasts and interviews to identify strong clip-worthy moments

Provide clear timestamps and clip directions for editors

Add editing notes for hooks and content execution

Coordinate with editors to make sure the final output matches the original script intent

Quality check edited videos on a daily basis

Write copy for carousel posts

Contribute to sketch writing for IP pages when needed

Use weekly research and page details to come up with better angles, stronger hooks, and fresher content ideas

Who Should Apply

You have prior experience in script writing for short-form content

You understand hooks, retention, virality, and content structure

You can write according to different niches, page styles, and brand voices

You can spot strong moments in podcasts/interviews and turn them into content

You're comfortable working closely with editors and content teams

You care about making content perform, not just getting it written

You're available for on-site work in Noida

This role is not for someone who only wants to write generic scripts or basic captions. We want someone who can think like a content person, not just a writer.
