Someone who can spot trends before they trend, create content that doesn't feel like marketing, and turn ideas into scroll-stopping campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating content strategies for Meta, Instagram, YouTube & Google
Writing high-converting ad copies, hooks, scripts, and content briefs
Planning and executing Reels, Shorts, UGC, and founder-led content
Working closely with video editors, designers, and performance marketers
Researching viral trends, competitor content, and audience insights
Building content funnels that drive engagement, leads, and sales
Developing creative concepts for astrology, gemstones, rudraksha, vastu, and spiritual products
Who We're Looking For
Someone who understands social media psychology
Can write scripts that grab attention within 3 seconds
Obsesses over hooks, retention, engagement, and conversions
Can transform insights into content ideas quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
Has strong communication and storytelling skills
