Responsibilities

To conceptualize, research, script, and produce documentary-style videos for a mass YouTube audienceensuring every video is fact-strong, narratively gripping, algorithm-aware, and editorially responsible.

This person will help transform raw ideas into high-retention, high-impact Stories.

Requirements

3+ years in journalism / documentary / digital media / research writing

Strong command over long-form storytelling

Understands YouTube as a medium, not just writing

Can think like a producer, not just a writer

Comfortable with pressure, deadlines & ownership

Preferred

background in newsrooms, OTT documentaries, or explainer Youtube channels
