Scratch Online Tutor

This is a full-time remote role for a Scratch Online Tutor. The tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive Scratch programming lessons to children aged 5 to 17. Responsibilities include lesson preparation, facilitating live online classes, guiding students through projects, and addressing individual learning needs. Additionally, the tutor will provide feedback to students and parents on progress and collaborate with the team to enhance the curriculum.

• Proficiency in Scratch programming and a passion for teaching coding to children
• Strong instructional and communication skills to provide clear explanations and support
• Experience in developing interactive learning content and lesson plans
• Ability to adapt to students different learning paces and styles
• Basic troubleshooting skills to assist students with technical challenges during online classes
• Previous experience in teaching or working with children is highly desirable
• A degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with virtual teaching tools
