F&B & Retail Real Estate | Delhi NCR
35K–50K + Incentives
Travel Allowance
Field + Team Management
2–5 Years Experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO• Manage & guide junior scouting associates
• Set scouting targets and monitor team performance
• Identify & evaluate commercial properties
• Manage relationships with owners, landlords & brokers
• Handle site visits, negotiations & property discussions
• Coordinate with the BD team for suitable opportunities
• Drive properties towards successful closure
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2–5 years in Real Estate / Leasing / Scouting / BD
Team management or mentoring experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good knowledge of commercial properties
Target-driven & proactive
Comfortable with field work
Two-wheeler required
Deal-based incentives
