Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Customer Officer (SCO) at our Gurugram, Sector 49 office. The SCO will engage daily in building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing end-to-end real estate advisory, conducting market research, and generating leads to meet sales targets. The role also involves conducting property site visits, providing project knowledge and updates, coordinating with developers and clients, and ensuring smooth transactions, including assisting with the legal documentation process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in client relationship management, customer engagement, and effective communication
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property law, and project marketing strategies
- Strong analysis and research skills specific to real estate investments
- Sales and negotiation skills to meet targets and close deals successfully
- Proficiency in managing end-to-end transactions, from lead generation to legal documentation
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment in Gurugram
- Educational background in business, marketing, real estate, or related disciplines is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry or in sales/customer service roles is an advantage
